CHAR, Practice Manager

Char managed Avondale over 20 years ago.  She left to be the administrator of human medical offices.  She's back at Avondale now, loving the pet side of healthcare!

In her free time she spends lots of time traveling with husband, Jack, and spoiling all of her 10 grandchildren.  Char also enjoys gardening, reading, shopping and admiring her Siamese cat, “Shiloh”.

JODI, Pet Resort Supervisor/Cat Hospital

Customer Service Specialist

Jodi is a Customer Service Specialist at the Avondale Cat Hospital.  She has been with Avondale for 9 years.  Jodi has 3 dogs, "Dweeil", a yellow lab; "Ariel", a Maltese; "Sarah", a Rat Terrier and 2 cats - "Kodi" and "Jasmine". 

She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family, husband, Brad and son, Bryan, who also works at the Pet Resort.  Jodi also loves to read.

MICHELLE, Client Care Specialist

Michelle is a Client Care Specialist at Avondale Animal Hospital and is one of the first cheery, helpful voices you will hear when you call us.  She has been employed with Avondale since 2005.  Michelle has 2 Beagles, "Peanut" and "Pistachio", who according to Michelle are the Best Beagles Ever!
 
In her free time she enjoys reading, skydiving and spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

JACKIE G., Part Time Bookkeeper

Jackie joined Avondale Veterinary Healthcare Complex as a part-time bookkeeper in the winter of 2007.  She and her husband, Don, have two sons, Mitchell and Andrew.

In her free time she enjoys traveling, volunteer work, playing cards/games with friends and neighbors, and spending time with her husband, sons and their Miniature Schnauzer, "Sammy".

SISIE, Client Care Specialist

SiSie's name is Selansia, but we call her SiSie.  She is a client care specialist who works at the front desk at Avondale.

She's responsible for providing excellence in customer service by making our clients feel welcome, comfortable and well taken care of when they are here, scheduling appointments, making sure charts are complete as well as other general front office tasks.  Her hobbies include photography, music and ministry.

TERESA, Client Care Specialist

Teresa is one of the happy faces that greet you when you come to Avondale as well as one of the pleasant

voices you hear when you call.  As a Client Care Specialist, she strives to make your visit with us a great experience.  Teresa has been with Avondale since the spring of 2010.  She has a tabby cat named "Xena".  She is married and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.  In her free time she enjoys trying new cooking techniques and recipes, working with stained glass and gardening.

KATHY, Bookkeeping

Kathy joined Avondale Veterinary Healthcare Complex the spring of 2011.  She spends part of her time assisting Avondale Veterinary Healthcare Complex's bookkeeper.  

Her favorite activities include reading, doing puzzles, and bowling.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her niece, nephews and family.

TORI, Client Care Specialist

Tori is one of the Client Care Specialists at the Avondale Animal

Hospital front desk.  She has been in that position since the fall of

2011.  Tori enjoys helping clients, whether on the phone or in person.  Her love for animals shines through.  She has a Domestic Shorthair cat, "Zeus" and in her free time enjoys spending time with her son, Noah, going to movies, to concerts and sporting events.
